Published inclusions include a personalized therapy plan, free counselor switching, mood tracker, guided journaling, and a resource library. Messaging response cadence is described as counselor replies on working days—not instant chat.

Insurance and financial aid

Calmerry states it does not work with insurance companies directly; you may request a receipt for possible reimbursement. The pricing FAQ also describes financial aid of up to 30% for three months in qualifying situations—contact their support to confirm.

Cancelations

Cancel anytime. Company FAQ: if therapy has started, unused sessions may be refundable within the first 7 days; cases reviewed individually.
